Fake Doctor Running Hosp In City Nabbed

Jaipur, 4 Dec 2019:

Deputy collector Jaipur (South) Jagat Rajeshwar along with a team of officials from health department and police caught a compounder who was running a hospital and posing himself off as a doctor.

The collector received a complaint that a hospital called as Satellite Hospital and Research Centre was being run on Kalwar Road in Jaipur following which a team was constituted to visit the facility.

On reaching the ‘hospital’, they found Vinod Kumar Sharma who was duping people by claiming to be medical doctor though the accused had previously worked as a compounder at Jhotwara community health centre.

Officials also found that Kumar was running a pharmacy also without permit. He also had no bills or receipts for the sale and purchase of the medicines and did not even maintain a record in the register as per the rules. The Times Of India, Jaipur
