Report on Amendements to Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

The amendments of the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Ordinance 2020 were presented in the Lok Sabha as the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Bill, 2021 which was passed by the house on the 13th of February, 2021.
