- Take all medicines as prescribed by the doctor. Visit your doctor regularly and do your care properly.
- Stay active, it will help to keep the joints flexible and prevent other further complications.
- Avoid direct sunlight. Irritation due to ultraviolet rays can cause skin irritation.
- Avoid smoking.
- Maintain proper body weight.
- Try to reduce stress and fatigue.
