China reports 24 new coronavirus cases 14 and 66 days ago

Beijing, 15 August 2021:

According to the National Health Commission, China reported 53 new confirmed cases of coronavirus on the mainland on August 14, but 66 the day before.

Of the new infections, 24 were locally infected, down from 30 local infections a day ago. This shows that the number of new local incidents has decreased for the fifth consecutive day.

China reported 29 new asymptomatic coronavirus cases, which were not classified as confirmed infections, but were 19 the day before.

No new deaths have been reported. As of August 14, 94,379 confirmed cases have been recorded in mainland China, and the cumulative number of deaths remains unchanged at 4,636. ET Health World
