Cetez (Cetrizine Dihydrochloride Tab IP) Tab blister available in the market are printed with different Batch Nos and MRP. This drug is manufactured by Pentachem Pharmaceuticals, Kishanpura, Baddi.

One side blister is printed with Batch No. PT-14-268 MD Oct 2014 ED Sept 2016 and MRP Rs 14.79 and another side is printed Batch No. PT-14-276 MD Oct 2014 ED Sept 2017 MRP Rs 18.

It shows that the product is available in north India generic market since Oct 2014 and sold in the market without noticing the mismatch and quality of the product. It conveys that regulators, sellers and manufacturers oversight pushes illegal and counterfeit drugs in the market. Medicare News
