India became a “strategic partner” with the EU in 2004, and three years later, officials started taking the first steps towards a bilateral free trade agreement. SCH prepares draft law on counterfeit medicine
DOHA: The Pharmacy and Drug Control Department of the Supreme Council of Health (SCH) has completed a draft law on combating counterfeit and adulterated drugs.
The project will criminalise all forms of counterfeit drugs activities, according to Dr Aisha Ibrahim Al Ansari, Director of Pharmacy and Drug Control.
