As the festival of colours , Holi , wrapped the nation in its vibrant hues ; our states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab , Haryana and Rajasthan are gripping the country with their effective policies and measures towards Patient Safety !
I proudly present this issue which highlights the different methods being adopted by our State Governments in ensuring proper safety and health of our consumers !!
Other than safe medicines which contribute to our physical well being , exercise too is of great importance . I take this opportunity in reaching out to our readers by an article contributed by Mr. Krishnan that focuses on 150 minutes a week on physical activity . A physically fit body acquires lesser health hazards thus leading to lesser contact with medicines . Lets try and nip the menace of unsafe medicines at the bud through an active lifestyle !!
STAY FIT ; STAY SAFE !!
